Alma Table by Roberta Rampazzo Is Almost Made of Wood

The Alma Table is a simple, but interesting table concept. We’re looking at an acrylic frame in which the designer, Roberta Rampazzo, has placed wood scraps. The name of the table means “Soul” when translated from Portuguese and the soul of this minimalistic furniture item appears to be, in this case, wood. It’s certainly an ingenious design meant to showcase the importance of wood when it comes to furniture creation, not to mention it’s a very unusual recycling solution for certain wooden pieces that wouldn’t normally end up in your living room as part of a certain furniture item.
